Terms of service

These terms cover the WedBrilliant service operated under the WedBrilliant name. Questions can be sent to info@wedbrilliant.com. Review the Privacy notice to understand information handling.

Accounts and participation

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and be authorized to represent any business you list. Public browsing requires no sign-in. Email accounts require email verification. Existing ChatGPT accounts retain their original sign-in. Vendors and couples can register through separate signup pages. Protect your account and do not use another person’s login. Access may be suspended for misuse or safety concerns.

What WedBrilliant provides

WedBrilliant helps couples find participating vendors, publish requests, compare proposals, and communicate. Listings are not an exhaustive search of every business. ZIP distances, availability indications, tax calculations, and budget scenarios are estimates. Confirm actual location, travel fees, availability, deliverables, and taxes directly.

Owner approval means a listing has been reviewed for publication. It is not a guarantee of licensing, insurance, credentials, performance, or quality. Participants remain responsible for their statements and independent checks.

Proposals are not bookings

Submitting a request, sending a proposal, selecting a preferred proposal, or exchanging messages does not automatically create a booking or charge. Final agreements, payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds must be arranged directly between the couple and vendor. No platform payment or electronic contract-signing service is enabled.

Respectful use and content

Only submit content you are authorized to share. For portfolio photos, you must have permission from the rights holder and any people shown where required. Profiles require initial approval before public display. Once approved, profile and photo updates go live without another review. Give permission for the service to store, display to the intended recipients, and process that content to provide its features and recovery. Do not post fraudulent listings, impersonate people, harass others, send unsolicited bulk messages, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or include payment-card data or sensitive identity documents.

Membership and availability

No membership payments are currently collected through the platform. Any future paid service must disclose its pricing and obtain your agreement before charging. Features may change, and outages or errors can occur. There is no promised response time, lead volume, booking result, or uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of important agreements and use the personal export tool.

Support, removal and changes

Report problems, misuse, or account/privacy concerns through Support. The operator can review listings, close access, or remove inappropriate content. Requests for account removal are reviewed rather than executed automatically. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Updated terms will be posted with a version and effective date.
